TEAM COACHING aims to encourage collaboration and interactions within work teams in an informal and fun setting.

The sessions also stimulate communication, the sharing of ideas and information and the attainment of shared goals etc.

TEAM COACHING is a fun development tool. Choose from a range of activities that specifically address the relevant aspects of effective team work.

Crucially, in TEAM COACHING, the real-life situations promote learning and change. They are based on actual experiences, which is what sets them apart from run-of-the-mill theoretical training.
You have the opportunity to first become aware of how you operate and then to analyse this, make improvements as necessary and immediately put them into practice.
It is then up to you to apply them to the situations you encounter in your daily routine.
A number of rules and instructions apply to each activity. It is up to you to find the best way of achieving the goal set for you. At the end of each session, we spend time debriefing the test and planning any improvement “commitments” to be implemented in the other challenges.

An effective and extremely useful tool in corporate life, TEAM COACHING opens up personal insights that enrich the lives of the people who take part.

After completing the activity, you will have had fun, you will have got to know your colleagues in a different light, you will have increased your sense of belonging to the team, you will have had the opportunity to experiment and question how you approach all the challenges (change) and you will have made one or more “commitments” to enable you to optimise your Team’s performance in a spirit of respect and harmony.
